What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is an effective, clinically proven method of breaking unwanted habits quickly, easily and comfortably.

Hypnosis is simply a state of magnified concentration. It is almost as old as mankind. Doctors used to use it in the 1800's to anaesthetise patients for operations. Today it is seen in a variety of fields including medicine, dentistry, law enforcement, professional sports and education.

Hypnosis in everyday life

Hypnosis is a part of your everyday life: when you are watching television, reading a book, listening to music or driving a car you are often in a mild hypnotic state. For example, have you ever had the experience of making a journey and arriving at your destination, wondering how on earth you got there? This 'working on auto-pilot' is an example of everyday hypnosis.

What is NLP?

NLP, or neuro-linguistic programming, shows us how we organise our thinking, feeling, skills and behaviour. It can be used to help you identify and achieve what you want out of life. It can enable you to uncover, change or transform what is holding you back.

NLP can also be used to enable you to make far-reaching positive changes, overcome problems, and enable you to take more control over your thoughts, feelings, actions and your whole life.

What is Energy Freedom Therapy(EFT)?

Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT) is a highly focused energy therapy Sometimes known as the ‘Tapping Technique’, EFT directly accesses your subconscious mind by tapping acupressure points. It rapidly and gently eliminates problems.
